    Eileen O'Rourke is a visionary leader dedicated to fostering regenerative agriculture and food ecosystems. With over three decades of experience working in and starting nonprofit and for profit businesses, she has led initiatives to strengthen local food systems by supporting small-scale farmers, local food distributors, and underserved communities across Colorado. Eileen's strategic acumen and commitment to the triple bottom line—financial, social, and

    environmental stewardship—have driven transformational change in the local agricultural and food sector in Colorado. Her expertise in program development, technology integration, and natural resource management, coupled with a background in consulting spanning two decades, uniquely position her as a thought leader in the field. Drawing from her diverse professional background, including roles as CEO and Founder of Radiant Innovation and GoFarm, Eileen has demonstrated an exceptional ability to mobilize teams and leverage partnerships to advance sustainable food systems. Through her leadership at GoFarm, Eileen spearheaded initiatives such as Local Farmer Assistance, Local Food Share Markets, and Community Food Access, impacting thousands of individuals while optimizing the organization's operating budget. Her commitment to equity, evidenced by the development of strategic action plans and innovative programs, underscores her dedication to creating inclusive and resilient local food ecosystems. Eileen's experience in environmental consulting and her academic background in soil geochemistry and earth science further enrich her holistic approach to addressing complex challenges in agriculture and food systems.

    Roberto Meza (he/him) is a first-generation farmer and food systems entrepreneur. Originally from Mexico, Roberto is the co-founder of Emerald Gardens, a year-round greenhouse operation in Bennett, CO. and CEO of East Denver Food Hub, a local food supplier based in Denver. His work lies at the intersection of policy, regenerative agriculture, food systems, and social justice. He is Board President of the National Young Farmers Coalition and Governor-appointed member of the Colorado Agricultural Commission. Recently, Roberto and his team launched the Ag & Food Lab (The Lab) - a nonprofit that champions food sovereignty by empowering farmers and community organizations through innovative technical assistance, fostering land use opportunities, and cultivating robust private and public partnerships with local institutions. The Lab is committed to advancing regenerative food systems that sustain and enrich our communities and the environment.
